Diane F. is a true bella naija! She is a snazzily-dressed Nigerian-Atlanta native with aspirations to change the world.
**The dress featured in her picture below has an interesting story. Given to her by her mother when she was in eighth grade, Diane hated it! Ah but the wisdom of the older woman who knew her daughter better than she knew herself persevered, and a few years later, it makes for a smashing outfit. Moral of the story, listen to your mother, she knows best :D

What is style?
Style is innate.
Style means something different for everyone. Ultimately, it's wearing what you want to wear and dressing to flatter your body, whether or not its 'in'. My personal style is important to me because it's a huge part of my self expression. It's my message to the world on how I feel on a given day without uttering a word.
My best and biggest style influence has and always will be my mother. She taught me to love my body first and foremost, and has always encouraged me to dress for myself. If I am happy in my outfits, my confidence shines through from the inside out!
And that is the beauty of true style, thanks Diane!!
